FIT•W€RK is a multi-divisional class that gives you the opportunity to dance and get FIT, while still having FUN! You DO NOT have to be a dancer to take this class, but you do have to challenge yourself. That is what this class strives on. Putting in W€RK and Toning to the Beat by incorporating different high energy & slow paste dancing styles/Exercises. Also, in a non judgmental zone, around great vibes of individuals sharing that Move like no one is watching type of feel w/ some Feel Good Music to help you forget about working out mentally. 


FIT•W€RK is learning based. Each movement style/exercise are broken down and can be Modified. Cardio is one of the biggest aspect I focus on.  

Styles can vary from: Throwback Jams Hits, Cardio Blast, Seductive Core&Hips, Afro-Beat, Twerk and more) class ranges from Beginners to Advance  that consist of participants ages 14 and up.
